Do you offer boarding or grooming?

We don’t offer boarding, but you can find some local options on our Resources page. We do provide select medically necessary grooming services with an exam such as nail trims or sanitary trims. If your pet needs a bath, full clip or full groom, we can provide local recommendations, or you can visit our Resources page for a few options.

Do you take walk-in appointments?

Yes! We do our best to accommodate clients on short notice, but if you are able to call ahead, this helps make sure we are ready for your visit. Scheduling an appointment is even better (especially for new clients) because we can gather the information we need to make the best use of time during your visit and allow us to provide optimal care to your pet.

How much does an exam cost?

This depends on the type of exam, but our routine scheduled physical exam is $85. Please feel free to call and ask for a more detailed estimate if you need more information. It is impossible to give a complete/accurate estimate without Dr. Austin examining your pet and reviewing their full history, but we will do our best to let you know what to expect, and we are ALWAYS happy to give you a formal estimate before services are rendered.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do not currently offer payment plans but are working on setting up some options. We know vet care can be a big investment and are always willing to discuss various options and treatment plans to work within a client’s budget.

What do I do if my pet has an emergency?

If it is during our office hours, please call right away (even if you are in your car on the way)!
